
The lives of our members and leaders are hectic and stressful, and we know this nonstop pace can lead to various physical and mental health problems as well as reduced productivity. This two-hour class, led by Ben Cort and Chris Carlough from the SMART MAP team, will briefly look at the issues associated with excessive stress, then focus on what we can do to manage that stress. Expect to answer questions from the instructors and work on your own personal plan to manage stress, by developing and applying the practice of self-care in practical and effective ways.
