Troubleshooting Steps

If you are having trouble getting your device to sync with Challenge Runner please follow the steps provided below which are applicable to all devices;

  1. Ensure you have successfully loaded Challenge Runner to your device
  2. Turn off your device (allows device to reset)
  3. Turn on your device and check for successful syncing to Challenge Runner
  4. Uninstall Challenge Runner and reinstall it, check for successful syncing
  5. Still having an issue, please send a detailed email (including type of device, model and problem you are having) to support@wellnessamped.com . Please allow 24 hours for response.
